In addition during a yoga class it is recommended that you honor your body and only complete movements that feel right and good for you. Yoga should not be painful so if you experience pain STOP! If you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, healing from surgery, or injury it is highly suggested that you see your doctor for approval before you attend a yoga class with me
